Call Out - Summer '22

 

About Us

We are a new circus theatre company and we’re about to start our first national outdoor tour. Some of our team members may have other commitments, so we’re looking for understudies for a number of roles this summer. Some of the roles have guaranteed dates while others will be if a team member becomes unavailable (which is looking likely). We’re doing this call out to meet some new people and expand on the bubble of performers that we already know.

We're a company of 9 people and manage ourselves co-operatively. On gigs we all help out and have full team meetings if we need to make big decisions. We like to travel in our live-in veichles and are particularly excited about adding our new trailer stage to the fleet this summer.

What we're looking for

4 different roles

• Acro flyer & juggler

• Acro base & juggler

• Percussionist

• Multi-instrumentalist

Ideally all applicants will

• Have a strong grounding in working theatrically with an ability to improvise and devise.

• Be comfortable with character work

• Be excited about working as part of a big team

• Be comfortable singing

 

We strongly encourage applications from anyone coming from a background currently under represented in the arts.

 

Dates 

All applicants must be available for rehearsals in Bristol: 6th - 10th June 2022.
